Are we still conducting Face to Face arrangements with families?

As a business, we have decided to reduce face to face contact as much as possible in these uncertain times. We are conscious as a business we have a duty of care to our staff and the families that use our services. And we are committed to do everything we can to protect people and follow government guidelines to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We need to protect our communities, our older populations and our at risk groups. One way we can do this is to stop home visits until further notice and limit branch visits by switching over to to telephone Skype and FaceTime arrangements where possible. We do understand for some people this is not possible and we will make exceptions, however please don’t be alarmed if our staff are wearing PPE in branch. As a business and from a business continuity perspective we need to do everything we can to limit our staff, where possible from getting infected. We are still needed on 24/7 basis by our families and as key workers have a responsibility to our families and communities to be on hand to support you in your time of need. We can only achieve this by staying safe and supporting our communities to stay safe. Our branches are now appointment only and we as a business will continue to be a 24/7 service so please contact us via telephone/email rather than attend our branches. But we are still here for you when you need us and will keep you all up to date with any developments.
